Lots of laughter. I think laughing is a must.
If you feel depressed, the body suffers from it too.

Coming to a Morning Musume concert and sweating!
So be sure to come ☆

Hula hooping ♪彡

Three meals a day!!! Dinner can be omitted.

Washing your hands and gargling!!
Those are the basics (・∀<)b

Mainly dancing and walking! (≧w≦)/

Or rather, stretching every evening!

Soymilk every morning!

I wear warm socks at home to keep my feet from
getting cold. When going to sleep, I turn on the
humidifier or put a mask on.
Also, I eat a lot of onion and ginger.

Eating and sleeping well. Plus, coming to
Morning Musume's concerts and having fun!

Getting a good night's sleep every night.
Going to sleep late isn't good for the body,
so it's better to turn in early.

Keep smiling!

Gaki-san, my body is suffering right now but I will try to laugh...
If MM comes to my town and sell tickets untill the concert start, I will attend MM's concert, Sayu~!!!
Haha~ I think we all know what kind of hula hoop Ren-chan uses for exercising!

I thought Riho would say just "Cider!" but I guess I was wrong~~~!!
Good for you Kanon! Even though sometimes I drink soymilk, I am not a big fan of it.. To me it's like one of really weird cousin of milk family~ Haha~!
Haha~ Haruna and I are doing the one thing same for keep our feet warm~~~
